Cornerstone Leasing is a trade name (DBA) of Sweet Home Rental Team LLC.
Description of Services
Cornerstone Leasing provides leasing and tenant placement services to landlords and prospective renters throughout New Jersey, including property marketing and listing, scheduling and conducting showings, collecting and processing rental applications, tenant screening (identity, income, credit, criminal, and eviction review), employment and rental history verification, and coordination of lease signing and move-in. Cornerstone Leasing acts as a leasing and tenant placement service and does not guarantee approval of any rental application or the availability of any specific property.
Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by, any third party. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a property inquiry, rental application, or contact form.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Rental Applications and Tenant Screening

Cornerstone Leasing does not guarantee that any application will be approved, and approval decisions may be made by the property owner, property manager, or a third-party screening provider.
